Chapter Services Subject Matter Expert

 

Primary Purpose:

  • To provide expertise in the development, implementation and assessment of subject programs
  • To be the primary liaison to the chapter services department in all areas pertaining to the subject

Major Responsibilities:

  • Review existing subject resources
  • Develop new subject resources
  • Review learning objectives and design documents
  • Review program(s) throughout development stages
  • Review assessment/certification tools
  • Participate in communication with volunteer participants
  • Evaluate program(s) and resources continuously
