Required Reports

Reporting is key to chapter operations and a successful standing in the Borradaile Challenge. To achieve basic status, 85 percent of reports must be submitted on time, but all reports must be turned in regardless of required due date. The final due date is Dec. 30. Turning in reports early will ensure proper credit. Associations, requests for initiation and Resident Council officer changes are submitted on the Dashboard. NOTE: New members must finalize their associate registration process on the Dashboard to receive their manuel and pin. The Executive Offices will ship membership manuals and pins based on the number of reported members.

Reports with Rolling Deadlines:

Associations must be reported within five days of the association ceremony. Presidents, membership orientation officers or treasurers can enter associates on the Dashboard.
Chapters are required to have all associate members fully registered with the Fraternity prior to beginning the new member program. Click here for a breakdown of how your chapter's reporting of new members needs to work in order to abide by this policy.
Initiations must be requested two weeks prior to the initiation. BOG chairmen, chapter advisors, or recruitment and retention advisors can request initiations with the form listed below.
Resident Council officer elections must occur between November 1 and March 1. Presidents can change chapter officers on the Dashboard.
Alumni officer changes should be reported any time an officer leaves or takes a new position. BOG chairmen are asked to provide this report once a year by November 15 via the Board of Governors Roster.
Community service reports should be submitted within two weeks of each major community service event. The final deadline is Dec. 14, although it is recommended that you turn in at least one each academic term.
Philanthropy reports and Hole in the Wall donations should be submitted within two weeks of fund collection. The final deadline is Dec. 14, although it is recommended that you turn in at least one each academic term.
