The Recruiting Men of Character retreat focuses on the first of three disciplines to take our organization from good to great; disciplined people. The Retreat focuses on three sections: a chapter recruitment SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats), active 365 day recruitment, and the Phi Kappa Tau 5-step recruitment process. After the retreat, the chapter will be asked to put together a comprehensive recruitment action plan based around our five step recruitment process.
