Leadership Academy is the Fraternity’s premier, individualized leadership-development event. Undergraduates enhance individual leadership and character development while deepening their understanding of Fraternity values. Two sessions of this Men of Character Program are held annually each summer reaching 80 undergraduates per session.

A gift to the Leadership Academy Fund directly supports the Fraternity’s premier, individualized leadership-development event. These restricted dollars directly support undergraduate sponsorships and the general underwriting of the program. It is the top priority of the foundation to provide direct and immediate support to thos attending the program who are most in need. A gift of $500 will provide one full Leadership Academy sponsorship, but gifts of any size are welcomed.

All donations to the Leadership Academy Fund will be recognized in the Annual Report, and individual donors will be recognized once they enter into one of the Foundations giving societies.
