Phi Taus Under 40
The Phi Taus Under 40 award to provide an avenue to promote and recognize successful brothers under the age of forty.

The Phi Kappa Tau Foundation has created the Phi Taus Under 40 award to provide an avenue to promote and recognize successful brothers under the age of 40 years old who have exhibited outstanding success in their chosen professional field while consistently living Phi Kappa Tau’s values.

To nominate a brother for Phi Taus Under 40. Those selected to represent Phi Taus Under 40 will be recognized this summer at Phi Kappa Tau’s 62nd National Convention in Sacramento, Calif. Honoree Eligibility and Selection Criteria:

  • Must be an initiated Phi Kappa Tau member
  • Must be under the age of 40 by July 1, 2016
  • Must be willing to submit a photo, if selected, that can be published by the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity and Foundation
  • Must aspire to uphold the principles illustrated in the mission, creed and vision statement
  • Must demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a lifelong relationship with the Fraternity
  • Must have made an impact in business, research, artistic, leadership, community, educational, and/or philanthropic endeavors
