Aaron T. Vance, Louisville ’14, a political science, economics and anthropology major was recently elected to the position of Student Government Association (SGA) President at the University of Louisville. He will serve as the CEO of the more than 23,000 member student body and as a member of the Board of Trustees. He is the eighth Phi Kappa Tau member to hold the chief student leader position.
Aaron Vance is a McConnell Scholar and has served his fraternity chapter as Vice President, Recruitment Chair and President of his Associate Member Class. He previously served SGA as Chief of Staff, Political Coordinator and Director of Cards in Action, a student advocacy group that lobbies Legislators in Frankfort and Washington.
UPDATE: Aaron was recently named “Greek Man of the Year” from the Fraternity and Sorority Community at Louisville.
