Phi Kappa Tau is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the organization’s fundraising team. This individual should have a strong passion for supporting Phi Kappa Tau’s commitment to Developing Men of Character into Men of Distinction


Roles and Responsibilities
The Annual Fund Manager will be a member of Phi Kappa Tau’s fundraising team and will be responsible for coordinating the Foundation’s annual fund campaign through strategic thinking, assessing team needs and providing creative solutions. This position is empowered to shape the roll and has a great deal of ownership. This position also has a unique opportunity to work in multiple areas of fundraising, marketing and communications.

Focus Area 1: Fundraising
Manage the overall Annual Giving Plan which includes direct mail, email marketing, telephone solicitations and social media campaigns.

Focus Area 2: Magazine
Serve as the Managing Editor of Phi Kappa Tau’s magazine, The Laurel, with a focus on sharing stories that advance the Fraternity’s mission.

Focus Area 3: Stewardship
Coordinate the Foundation’s stewardship efforts which focuses on showing appreciation to donors and providing impact reports.

Position Status
This full-time, entry level position reports directly to and is evaluated by the Foundation Executive Director and participates in an annual evaluation and review process. Compensation is dependent on experience, qualifications and credentials, with a competitive benefits package provided. The position is based at Phi Kappa Tau’s Executive Offices in Oxford, Ohio, with flexibility to work remotely.
