Challenging the status quo is a passion for Phi Kappa Tau’s Success Management Team. Together, the fraternity’s Chief Operating Officer, Director of Chapter Services, and Success Managers provide expert support for Phi Kappa Tau’s undergraduates and volunteers.
In order to accomplish this, the team focuses on providing three primary services:
• Day to day customer service
• Resource allocation
• Custom solutions through consulting and coaching
Since the launch of this support model, new activity has been a constant. With monthly chapter president calls, the addition of a mid-year Borradaile Challenge review and an increased level of one-on-one engagement, change is happening throughout Phi Kappa Tau’s chapters.
