The gift of fraternity brought to over 100 new members this fall!

Phi Kappa Tau has successfully wrapped up it’s semester’s expansion projects at Eastern Kentucky University, Georgia Tech, and NC State. In doing so our team of professional recruiters recruited a total of 116 men, bringing our project average to just under 40 men per colony.

Growth is in integral part of our fraternity and expansion alone has accounted for nearly 11% of all new associates for the Fall semester.

This also marks the first time in several years that the fraternity has had three staff lead expansions in one semester. With all three projects being revitalizations of previously existing chapters we are pleased as an executive office to return campuses and reengage alumni bases.

The semester is best summed up by a quote from  the newly installed Chi Colony President, Brett Barefoot, ““I believe the most exciting thing about this group of guys is that each of us are truly excited about the endless opportunities of brotherhood and service that Phi Tau prides itself on. Along with that, the opportunity to create a new foundation and generate traditions unique to this colony, for which countless classes will have the opportunity to continue.”

The team anticipates future success this spring semester as the fraternity prepares to expand to the University of Wisconsin – Madison to reopen the Omega chapter of Phi Kappa Tau as a colony.
