The Phi Kappa Tau Executive Offices are seeking an Enterprise Marketing and Communications – Project Manager and an Enterprise Content Strategist/Copywriter. We are seeking recent or May graduates, or candidates with one to two years of experience that are willing to relocate to Oxford, Ohio.

The Project Manager is responsible for helping facilitate an enterprise marketing and communication plan for both organizations (Fraternity and Educational Foundation), implementation and ultimately execution to assist both organizations in meeting their respective goals.  In addition, the Project Manager will handle event/program planning and logistics for all national and regional events.

This position will be responsible for the project management and delivery of the following:

  • Enterprise marketing and communications plan
  • Enterprise communications calendar/schedule
  • The Foundation’s Annual Giving Fund
  • The Laurel (the Fraternity and Foundation’s magazine)
  • Annual Donor Report
  • Digital marketing – social, website, email
  • Marketing and event/program collateral
  • Event/Program planning and logistics
  • Press releases
  • News stories

The position of Content Strategist/Copywriter is a new and exciting role for our organization that is being created to help us achieve our goals.  The selected candidate will be empowered to shape the position and will have a great deal of ownership.  This position will be responsible for developing our content strategy and collaborating with others and/or creating the content for the following:

  • The Foundation’s Annual Giving Fund – appeal letters
  • Annual Donor Report
  • The Laurel (the Fraternity and Foundation’s magazine)
  • Digital Marketing – social, website, email
  • Marketing and event/program collateral
  • Press releases
  • News stories
  • Speech writing, event scripting
