Leadership Academy
Participants will create connections with rising Phi Kappa Tau leaders while identifying their own leadership style and learning how to effectively use their core values as leaders.

Leadership Academy is the Fraternity’s premier, individualized leadership-development program for rising Phi Kappa Tau leaders. The four-day program is offered in three sessions of 40-60 students at camps across the country. Participants will create connections with rising Phi Kappa Tau leaders while identifying their own leadership style and learning how to effectively use their core values as leaders.

If you strive to be a leader in your chapter, on campus and in your community then Leadership Academy is for you.

Registration will open in February.

A single registration is $550. This fee covers all transportation to/from the Academy site from airport, meals, basic lodging, all Academy events and sessions, and materials.

At the time of registration, each undergraduate is asked to submit a payment of $50 toward registration. After April 14, the early bird registration fee will expire increasing the registration fee by $25, making the cost of registration $75.

The Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity maintains a list of professionals, volunteers and alumni interested in facilitating an educational program. Interested individuals should complete the facilitator interest form for consideration in upcoming Men of Character programs.
