Volunteer Development Institute
Participants will develop an increased confidence and understanding of how to advise a chapter and provide support to undergraduate students.

Volunteer Development Institute is a three-day program designed for volunteers who work directly with chapters. It is focused on how to work with today’s college students, as well as providing the volunteers with an intensive understanding of the national organization and all related policies. Participants leave with an increased confidence and understanding of how to advise a chapter and provide support to undergraduate students.

Dates will be available during the summer of 2017.

Funding for the Volunteer Development Institute covers the registration, hotel and dining costs for attendees who have completed the Volunteer Certification Program. Those who are not certified will be charged a $50 registration fee. Attendees may choose to be reimbursed for travel costs up to $300.
