Leadership Academy 2026
Leadership Academy is an opportunity for rising leaders in your chapter to learn skills they need to increase their leadership impact on your chapter and on campus. This year we have one session available June 1 - 4 at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
A dynamic four-day development program, Leadership Academy is rooted in Phi Tau's core pillars of brotherhood, leadership, and character-building. Attendees will learn and explore their natural, innate strengths and can expect a wide variety of programming, including outdoor activities, collaborative team-building exercises, and meaningful leadership development.
Participants will leave with confidence and readiness to take on leadership roles within their chapters and on their campuses. Armed with a deep understanding of Phi Kappa Tau's mission and vision, attendees are challenged to enact positive change and uphold the fraternity's values.
Leadership Academy attendees make a difference and set their chapters up for future success. Each chapter is expected to send two men. Chapter educational grant funds are available to cover 90% of travel costs to the program thanks to the support of generous alumni through the Phi Kappa Tau Foundation.
Each chapter is expected to send two men to Leadership Academy, see below for registration links and more details. Registration closes May 1, 2026.
