Leadership Academy 2024

Registration for Leadership Academy has officially opened! This is an amazing opportunity for the emerging leaders in your chapter to equip themselves with the tools necessary to take the helm once the current leadership has graduated. There will be two sessions your chapter will have the choice of attending; the first taking place July 21st-24th and the second August 5th-8th, both held at Camp Kern in Oregonia, Ohio.

Leadership Academy, a dynamic four-day development program, is rooted in the pillars of brotherhood, leadership, and character-building. This program offers a comprehensive blend of activities aimed at cultivating the leaders of tomorrow.

Expect a wide variety of programming, including outdoor activities, collaborative team-building exercises, and personalized leadership training. In addition to structured activities, attendees will have the chance to unwind and forge connections through hiking, swimming, networking opportunities, and fireside gatherings.

By the program's end, participants will depart with newfound confidence and a readiness to take on leadership roles within their chapters and campuses. Armed with a deep understanding of Phi Kappa Tau's mission and vision, attendees are challenged to enact positive change and uphold the fraternity's values.

Each chapter is expected to send two men to Leadership Academy, see below for registration links and more details. The early deadline to register is May 15th and the regular deadline is May 31st.

Who should attend?

We will hold 2 spots for men from each chapter, and registration will be open until May 31, 2024. Leadership Academy is a chance for younger members of your chapters to experience their first National event, while also developing essential skills to bring back to the chapter.

There are a limited number of spots available for each session, so make sure to complete your registration as soon as possible. For any additional questions on Leadership Academy, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Chapter Services Consultant.

Chapter educational grant funds are available to cover 90% of travel costs to the program.
