Veteran Recognition Pin Request Form

To honor the multitudes of Phi Kappa Tau Members who have served in the United State Military, we are pleased to offer this complimentary recognition pin as commissioned by Dale Holland, Kent State ’87. The pin celebrates Phi Kappa Tau’s key role in keeping our nation safe, and all of those brothers who rose to the challenge of truly being a “good and loyal citizen.”

The pins can be requested for yourself or for a brother you would like to honor. The Phi Kappa Tau Executive Offices will ship the pin out upon receipt of the form within 1-3 business days. If you would like to request multiple pins at once please contact communications@phikappatau.org for special requests.
