Billing Simplified

Beginning this Fall, individual Phi Kappa Tau members will receive their National Fraternity bills directly from the Executive Offices via a new partnership with Greekbill (re:Members).

In the fall of 2023 and at Zenith Officers Institute in 2024, we solicited feedback about the process of collecting dues from individual members and heard that it was a consistent pain point for our chapters. We listened to that feedback and sought recommendations for a service that could help reduce the challenges treasurers face in their role.

This new partnership helps ensure that chapters remain in good standing with the National Fraternity, and that they can more efficiently and effectively manage their chapter finances — all without any direct charges to the chapters.

Treasurers will no longer be confronted with determining whether they should pay the bill to replace the boiler in the chapter house or pay dues to ensure the chapter remains in good standing.

Chapters also have the option to take advantage of the local billing option to help with managing local chapter finances to further streamline the process and make chapter operations more efficient.

Sample Invoice

Chapter Members

You will receive a bill in the fall and one in the spring from the National Fraternity. You will have 12 days to pay the bill.

After that time, you will receive a rebilling fee added to your account if you have not paid your bill.

Treasurers

You can now focus on collecting local dues for your chapter. Remind your chapter members that they will be receiving their bills directly. This should become part of your list of reminders. If you want to further streamline your effort, you are encouraged to leverage the local billing options through Greekbill (re:members).

Volunteers

Remind chapter leadership and members about the importance of remaining in good standing with the National Fraternity.

We’re always looking at ways to be more efficient and effective in our operations so we can create the best opportunities for our members. Less time spent worrying about finances means more time focused on their Phi Tau experience.
