This partnership reinforces our commitment to member safety, accountability, and proactive communication. By using RealResponse, members can submit reports by making calls or sending text messages directly to 1-513-540-1906

Members reporting a concern through RealResponse remain completely anonymous but may choose to reveal their identity at any time. RealResponse makes communication anonymous by using secure, end-to-end encrypted platforms to transmit user messages, such as text messages or messages through integrated apps like WhatsApp, while masking the user’s actual phone number and other identifying data from administrators. The system allows for real-time, two-way conversations without revealing the user’s identity, ensuring that people feel safe and empowered to report concerns or provide feedback on sensitive issues.
