A Home for Brotherhood: The Future of Our Executive Offices

The Ewing T. Boles Executive Offices is transforming into a true educational hub for learning and brotherhood — a space where history meets innovation, and where Phi Kappa Tau’s mission comes to life.

Our Vision for Executive Offices 2.0

Visiting Oxford, Miami University, and our historic Executive Offices has always been a powerful experience. Now, we are reimagining the building’s future:

  • Educational Hub: Dedicated spaces for Leadership Academy, Ritual Weekends, Initiation Ceremonies, chapter retreats, and new leadership programs.

  • Heritage & History: Expanded Museum and archives to preserve and celebrate Phi Tau’s story.

  • Brotherhood Retreat: Housing and overnight accommodations for chapters to connect, team build, and walk in the footsteps of our Founders.

  • Event & Ritual Space: ~8,000 sq. ft. for programs, technology-enabled events, and ceremonies.

  • Right-Sized Operations: Modernized office space for current and future staff needs.

  • Grounds & Gardens: Revitalized Centennial Gardens and enhanced exterior spaces for reflection and fellowship.

What to Expect

Phi Kappa Tau is excited to advance this vision, which is now in the planning and design phase. We are targeting a groundbreaking for construction in 2026, subject to the successful completion of financial and construction planning. As details about timing, design, and ways to support become available, we will share updates with you.

Benefits to Phi Kappa Tau

  • Preserves Our Heritage: Retains a dedicated and permanent place to honor Phi Kappa Tau’s history, values, and the historic work and investment of past brothers.

  • Expands Educational Capacity: Hosting more brothers for new meaningful programs and experience our heritage in Oxford.

  • Strengthens Finances and Operations: Builds equity and stability for the Fraternity’s future. Provides a modern and efficient working environment to conduct the fraternity’s operations.

  • Unites the Brotherhood: A shared space for all brothers, alumni, and chapters chapters to celebrate fraternal brotherhood and feel at home.

Strengthening our Legacy

Following over a year of membership input and in-depth evaluation, in June 2025, the Phi Kappa Tau Foundation sold its majority ownership in the Executive Offices Building to the Fraternity.  Learn more about this transaction here.

  • The Fraternity now holds 100% ownership through its wholly owned subsidiary corporation - Five Points Property Group.

  • The Foundation continues to support educational programs and remains headquartered in the building.
