RECRUITMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM

Beginning Fall of 2025, the Phi Kappa Tau Executive Offices will begin incentivizing chapter efforts to reach their goals in recruitment. Each chapter will continue to set 3 levels of goals to achieve in their recruitment efforts (Safe, Target, and Reach), and if achieved, will be placed in a drawing that will be conducted live in mid-October (on Instagram) for the following incentives based on the goal achieved.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Chapters must complete at least one RSI call with a Growth Consultant

  • Report members in a timely manner.

  • Chapters who have 90% or more members complete the certified recruiter training module will be given a second entry into the drawing for a chance to win.  

All groups will be highlighted in the Laurel and Sidelights in addition to being placed in the drawing for the following prizes:

  • Defined as doing the basics to ensure you continue the status quo of the chapter. Prizes may include:

    • Branded Recruitment Banner

    • Branded Recruitment Tablecloth

    • Branded Neon Sign

    • Chapter flag / Fraternity Flags 

    • Drink koozies

  • You’re hitting targets when you are ready to take your experience up a level. Hitting target numbers means you have the members you need to do more, and be more. Prizes may include:

    • TV for the chapter house

    • Ping Pong table 

    • Branded cornhole set

    • Chapter 10x10 tent for outdoor activities 

    • Phi Tau Ties/Stoles

  • You’ve over-achieved in a major way. Going beyond the status quo and expanding the Phi Tau experience to more men of character on your campus. Prizes may include:

    • Hats for executive council

    • Shirts for entire chapter 

    • Basketball hoop for house

    • BBQ for house

    • Large Smokers Tent Branded (10x20)
